is the difference between an On-line Job Postings and an Intelligent
Job Postings?
On-line
Job Postings are meant to reach the maximum number of candidates.
On-line Postings are published on our site for
the purpose of making them available to all registered MBAs
using our job seach engine. Additionally, candidates receive e-mail
notifications of new job postings that coincide with their career
preferences, regardless of whether or not their
qualifications match those needed for the position. Candidates interested in the job
postings may contact companies or Head Hunters directly.
Intelligent Job Postings are meant to reach only those
candidates whose qualifications fulfill the job requirements. Therefore, Intelligent Postings
are not published on our site, they are sent by e-mail directly to
qualified candidates. Candidates interested in the job posting may contact companies
or Head Hunters directly. Intelligent Postings are sent to qualified
candidates two times over a 15-day period.
